Best size for audio studio control room

Hello,
I have a room to buildup a audio studio. ( h20ft, L60ft and W30 ft) help me to devide this room for controlroom & voice room for the best output.

How about half it and call it a day. Then again, practically speaking, have your parents given you permision to turn your basement room into an 'audio studio'.
