This is basically what I'm trying to build. I just looked up real quick the cheapest parts pertaining to what I want to do:

Probably won't be able to with the 2125. It's a good CPU but it is a dual core. Maybe pay an extra $50 and get the i5-2400.

Your build could use a bit of tweaking and here's what I would suggest:

APEVIA X-JUPITER S-Type X-JUPITERS-AL Silver Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case

This brand is one of the worst cases I've ever owned (had the X-Plorer). And that's without hyperbole, either. Cheap plastic used throughout, the front USB ports shattered and the temperature gauge never gave correct readings. This would be better (and far more current) for the same price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233

TR2 Series 500 Watt ATX Power Supply

This would be a better choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028&Tpk=corsair%20cx600

ZT-50603-10L NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1024MB DDR3 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card

You're definitely not going to max anything with this. It's a low profile card that's made for HTPCs where you won't need that kind of horsepower anyways. These would be better choices:
