Does such a thing exist?

I am looking for a Mini-ITX computer with dimensions less than 14"L, 10.5"W, 4"H.
It needs to fit a full size GPU and either have room for an ATX PSU or have one over 450W.

I you're on of those people that go naging me that the following is in the wrong section, just ignore it:

I need an LGA1155 CPU cooler that can fit that.

I dont know of a single mitx case that takes a full size atx psu. You might want to check out a silverstone sg08 if your interested in building a mitx gaming rig. it doesnt meet your size specs but it will fit and power most GPU 's
