Hello,
i often work in my pen drive. but recently my pen drive is not working properly.....almost all my files even tally data files get corrupted.....can u find me the solution...

Who is the manufacturer of your pen drive and what is the model, please. Have you tried to reformat it?

buy a new pen drive. flash memory has limiited number of write cycles they can handle.
