I was trying to change the video card somehow and I uninstall accidently the processor in the Device manager and the computer graphic and image is messed up a lot. When I start it up it says some kind of letter "á" all over the screen and then it starts up with multiple messed up images. I tried to re-install Windows and it wont work because it cant open the tab were it shows to re-install Windows. Please help.

It doesnt sound like a drivers issue to be honest. It sounds like the GPU is failing because when the GPU starts to fail it does stuff exactly like this. Try booting into safe mode by pressing F8 before windows boots up and select safemode with networking. If this works without issues unistall all previous graphics drivers and reboot. From here you want to go the website of the GPU maker such as ATI and NVIDIA and download the drivers.
