HD6770 What brand is it? OC or not?
What PSU u have?

Did u put it into PCIe primary slot (nearest proccesor), right?

If yes, check power lead to ur card, be sure that you use 6-pin or 5-pin lead.

PSU is 750w and O/s is vista. The O?S is not important as it wont boot into BIOs when it is fitted

ive had the same problem with an msi mobo :/ the cpu fan kicks on but no boot i had fixed it by simply resetting the bios config (just pull out the button battery and wait 10 or so seconds then put it back in) hope this works for you like it did for me!

As above said, try resetting the bios.

If that doesnt work, unplug all non-essential thigns in the PC and only use 1 stick of RAM. Try booting it like that. This will tell you if its a low-power issue.
