To quadfire or not to quadfire?

Hi all,

I have a question. Would it be worth it to go ahead and pull the trigger on a second 5970 for my system now that they are 299.99?
I game eyefinity at 5760x1200. Having just one gets me by in most games on med - high settings. I would like to be at high - ultra.

My rig is as follows:
EVGA X58 LE
Intel 920 @ 3.8ghz
Corsair Dominator DDR3 Ram (6gb)
Silverstone 1200w PSU
HIS Radeon 5970

Is quadfire much of an improvement for the money?

At 5760x1200 you should be able to play games at high/ultra with both cards.
