2 Cards 1 Monitor

I wanted to know if I get 2 lets say GTX 560 Ti could I run them both together to split the processing and run on one monitor?

Yes , it's called SLI and you connect the two cards together with a SLI bridge that comes with the motherboard and then enable the SLI in the Nvidia control pannel.
