Speaker or sound card issue?

Hi, I got the issue about HD Audio on my ASUS P5KPL-AM SE mobo. Usually I heard the both speaker (Left and Right) when I connect to my computer, but later I can only heard one speaker (Left only) when it used on my computer. More weird, I plug the audio jack to my smartphone then I can heard the both speaker (Left and Right). Is the HD Audio had a problem?

P.S: I already try to connect my headphone but only left speaker can heard.

Well, that seems there is a problem with your integrated sound card, or the 3,5 jack connector..
Have you tried the front panel input? and / or directly to your motherboard? Do they both have that problem?

I have connect the audio jack to front panel but it impossible to detect. I think the integrated sound card have the problem... 3.5 jack connector had no problem because I have connect the audio jack to my smartphone and I can heard the both speaker (L and R)
