V6 gt or nh d14

Hi all making a new pc specs are :

MB : P8z77 v deluxe
Case: CM HAF x
CPU: I5 3570k
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4gb
PSU: Corsair 750AXUK Professional
GFX Card: HD7850 2GB GDDR5 OC Graphics Card

Just wondering for OC what would be the best fan cooler currently looking at v6 gt or nh d14? any other suggestions would help, Thanks!

Of the two you mentioned I'd choose the Noctua NH-D14

Noctua NH-C14 or Coolermaster TPC-812 might just edge in front a bit.
