thanks
i'm gettin a seperate power supply would that solve the prob?????

As long as it is a decent one, yes. A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and Enermax/LEPA are among the better brands. For a GTX560Ti, with no plans to overclock, a good 500W-550W PSU would be sufficient, and would operate in an efficient part of its range. Also, the newer NZXT PSUs are also made by Seasonic.
