Two Choices..

Hi guys I need help on picking on 2 potential GPUs i'm interested in for my new build. Here's the 2:
EVGA GTX 570
or
GIGABYTE GTX 570

I've had my old EVGA GPU for a long time and I've favored that more but I'm not sure.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This week. BUDGET RANGE: Around $350+ (on GPU alone)

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming (Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Crysis, Metro 2033, GTA IV. Hopefully at pretty high settings). Watching Movies in HD. Surfing the Internet. Music.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: My GPU - EVGA GTX 260. My PSU - Corsair 750w

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS:
the CPU I want to get:Intel i5-2500k.
Mobo I'm getting: ASUS Z68
RAM I already have: Corsair (2x4) 8GB

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg mostly, amazon, etc. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: I prefer to use nVidia cards, I've never tried an Intel CPU before.

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe. SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1680x1050

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I just need to make sure all the parts I'm getting are all compatible, reliable and will last long. If you have any other suggestions please feel free to post. Any advice is appreciated.

MY CASE: NZXT Guardian 921. Hopefully this all fits and maybe even a future SLU might come in.

The Gigabyte has better cooling! Almost an overkill for your resolution though. What you have listed is all compatible.
