Is this a decent low-budget monitor?

Hey all, wanted to see what you guys thought about this monitor from walmart, for gaming purposes.

Can't find any reviews on that model. Not even customer reviews from Walmart.
There's nothing about those specs jumps out and says it's good or bad.
