What is the easiest decent cpu cooler

I assume just a normal heat-sink would be the easiest CPU cooler to install but I am getting an i5 2500k which I plan to overclock. What would be the easiest CPU cooler to install? I'm not planning to overclock like crazy. These are two that I've found. With bundle deals I can get these for about the same overall. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The difference is only 1 degree Celcius and the EVO is quieter, so EVO.

The Prolimatech Megahalems is the easiest I have ever used.

The ones I am currently using are:

$80 category Thermalright Silver Arrow or Phanteks PH-TC14PE Cooler

$50 Category Hyper 612 PWM or Scythe Mugen 3 ..... about 3C hotter than the $80 ones

$30 Hyper 212 about 5C hotter than the $50 ones
