What PS2 game/s do you think have the best sound and why?

What PS2 game (or game/s, if you reckon a few qualify) do you reckon
has the best sound compared to other games (as in the best sound mix,
best sound design, best sound effects, sound mix, etc.) and please
elaborate on your reason/s why, for each game/s mentioned.

God of War did a great job with regular dolby pro logic 1.
Probably pushed it further than anyone ever has in history period.

MGS3 Substance is in Pro Logic IIx 7.1 surround sound.
