If you want CrossFire capability it's going to be tough, since you'll need a more expensive mobo and a more expensive PSU. Here's my build @ komplett, it's 560€ without a HDD but meets all your criteria:

Nope, if you read the reviews on this site, they all say fx sucks. go with an i3, i5 or phenoms.
