Can I put Radeon HD 6770 on my motherboard?

Before this,I'm used the Nvidia geforce 8400GS 512 MB,so I gonna upgrade my graphic card to HD 6770.Can it suitable with my graphic card slot?

In a nutshell, yes you can. Though you might have some problems with the 6770 since it is a PCIe 2.1 card (I did have problems before when I installed a 5850 and it only ran as x8 instead of x16). Can you specify your motherboard?

You'll be fine as long as you have at least 450w power supply. You may or may not get the best performance due to your motherboard. There's x16/x8/x4/x1
