What should i do when ohci1394 sys is corrupted

Hello,

I have a lenovo desktop system with which has problems with networking and file uploads. so i tried to repair/format my machine when i encounter problems like pci.sys is corrupted/ohci1394.sys is corrupted. what should i do? is it a hardware problem? how can i resolve it?

have you check your hard drive for errors? do a scandisk
