Yes to all your questions. BUT since you mention future Sli unless you plan on replacing the power supply when you do add a second card you will need a bigger PSU. I recommend a 700w unit if you do not overclock and 750-800 watts for Sli+heavy overclocking. The power supply you picked out is fine for one card.

If you are getting the 2500K then you might have problems with the high heat spreaders on that RAM if you plan on aftermarket cooling. The big air coolers can block RAM slots with tall RAM like that installed. Corsair makes low profile RAM and GSkill Ripjaws X is low enough to avoid this problem.
