Questions on a $500 build

I'm a noob at this so bare with me. Will all these items be compatible? Will the mobo somehow bottleneck the CPU or GPU and can you overclock a GPU that's already superclocked?

i would get a 990fx or 990x board and why get 1333 ram when you can get 1600 for the same price? and yes you can overclock a "superclocked" GPU... or you can buy the regular one and overclock just as well for less $. whatever floats your boat.

Oh alright thank you so much, and will having that $60 mobo affect gaming at all?

And the 990x is way too expensive for my budget.

if you get a cheap motherboard then you wont be able to overclock as well or maybe not at all.
