Hi guys,
I'm thinking of an upgrading to my pc. Here's my current configuration:

Intel Core2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66GHz
Intel D43NB Mobo
4GB Kingston Ram
GTX 260 Extreme+ 216 core VGA
Samsung 500GB Sata HD
Dvd writer
Amacrox 550W PSU
Win 7 x64
InWin C645 casing
Stock cooling

Is it possible me to upgrade only the processor (Core i7 2600K), mobo (EVGA Z68 or Intel) and RAM (about 8GB Ripjaws)?
I have doubt about PSU and cooling (stock). Please help me. Thank you all.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

This is more like a new computer; much more than an 'upgrade'.

Build a new one and then decide what to do with the old computer. Use it as a second computer or sell it.
