Asus 560Ti TOP 'might' be slightly better, it has a better cooler and it is OC'd higher out of the box.
Asus 560TI TOP $249.99 ( before $20 MIR )
So same price.

Otherwise looks pretty good.

For better overclocking and USB3 front panel support, the motherboard 'could' be changed if there are deals on stuff like:
MSI Z68A-GD65 Gen3 or Asus P8Z68-V Gen3. But you will probably end up paying a few extra bucks for the priviledge.
If you want SLI support anyway, which you don't seem to so you will probably be happy with the Extreme3.

If you have a microcenter close by then CPU+Mobo combos are best bought from there. Currently they are running $50 off of suitable mobos when buying i5 2500k and their price for the CPU is $179.99 (+tax of course )

Only thing I would change is to swap the 212 Evo for its bigger brother the CM Hyper 612. At $49.99 its only $15 more expensive, yet it will make a world of difference keeping temps down.
