Upgrading from 2 x MSI Hawk R5770s, recommendations?

I want to switch to a single card solution, and currently have 2 x MSI Hawk r5770s in Xfire. I am looking to spend between $275 and $325. I obviously would like to have better performance than my current setup. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Other info:
HAF 932 case
AMD 1090t OC'd to 4.0Ghz
Biostar TA890FXE
750W PSU

Your specs are very good . The new 6770s are rebranded 5770s . So if you want to upgrade to a single card then atleast wait for 28nm cards. Then you can buy either new generation card or old 6950 or 6970 at nearly 200 to 250$ price

I'd honestly wait till next generation its not far away, but if you really need to upgrade go with the GTX 570 Rolli59 posted.

Thanks for the info everyone. It looks like I should wait a month or two before upgrading. Nonetheless, thanks for the links rolli.

Anything slower than those would not be as noticeable upgrade.
