Is it ok to use extreme gear 850 power supply temerarily

Hello,
I did ask a question about my new computer configuration recently. The answer I got, along with many other web site reviews is to use a better psu. I will, but I can't until June 2012. Will the Extreme Gear psu be ok to use until then, or should I use my current older computer until I have the new psu installed on the new computer?

Who is the maker of the 850w PSU?

It must be some really bad maker if everyone tells you that it won't work for that system since that computer probably uses like 400w max.
