Yes. The memory type on the GPU doesn't matter. Its the expansion slot that counts. As long as if its a PCI-e GPU you will be fine.

Now if it is compatible with your PSU, that's another story.

Should have no problem using that card
mobo and PSU are both good
if the case is big enough to fit the card (any ATX or mATX is big enough)
then you should have no problems
