that looks like a great build for your budget. It is very well balanced and includes everything you would need from a HTPC (assuming you get a decent video capture card).
One consideration is the case. It is a decent case for a good price however it only supports 2 internal HDs. The info says 1 or 2 so not sure what thats about but in any case if you store a bunch of video there is the possibility you will want more than 2 HDs. You should figure out how much you plan to save video files (and audio) and decide based on that.
