Wondering what is the best Mobo and CPU to get that would be under $380 after tax which is 7% where I live.

Ive looked at this Mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but if their is one better for around the same price give or take a few dollars.

ive also looked at this CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... again if their is one better for around the same price give or take a few dollars lol just would like to not go over $380 after tax also what kinda preformance am I looking at with this CPU? will it run CPU dependent games such as MMO's like Tera and GW2 at Max settings easy with ppl around? right now im using a FX-4100 cpu and it does alright but I want some more bang out of my cpu. any thoughts would be great aswell as suggestions thanks :)

You might want to look at micro center for the i5:

If you can go for $410, then you can get the i5-3570k with http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml...

You can spend $20 less and go for the 2500k which will perform essentially the same way, and you can also spend a little less and go for a gigabyte Z77. It's better and more advisable than Z68.

I would have to say that the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K and ASRock Z68 Extreme3 would fit under that point and make a nice pairing. Also for a couple dollars more you can with the Intel Core i5-3570K and the ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

2nd Gen Core much better pairing with z68 or the z77? since the z77 is build for 3rd Gen Core compatible
