What GPU is best for me 250$ Max

So im looking to get a new GPU for my new system that i am building here is what i have so far...

i5 2500k processor
8gb ripjaws memory

Im looking to buy a card in the next few weeks, for my gaming rig.
Id prefer my parts come from the Nvidia family.

Im looking for a graphics card that will play fairly high settings on Skyrim and possibly some WoW/BF3
Mostly Looking for a Skyrim though

Will also consider upgrading PSU if needed

your power supply will be the biggest limiting factor because it only has 36amps.............. need to know monitor size and resolution.

Im completely fine buying a new PSU....about the monitor though

Its LCD 22" HD ready monitor....i dont have the name and model i am at work if its needed i can get it later whenever i get home
