Faulty gtx 560???

i wanted to know that i just bought a new gtx 5603 weeks ago and is that faulty??the problem im having is that games are lagging even at low settings like crysis 2 nfs hp cod bo.....the amount of lagg at max settings and min. settings are equal....though games like battlefield 3 ,bfbc2 and cod mw2 seems to be working fine on ultra settings...whats the problem??here r my pc specs...

PSU:350 watt coller master smps

cpu intensive games won't work so well on your dual core, a 560 is a bit overkill for those specs. That's the difference your getting between games

Getting a 550W power supply wouldn't be bad either
