Hey guys, i've been having a bit of a problem with my graphics during gaming as of late. I bought this PC in mid-january of this year and every now and then i've had flickering horiztonal lines while i game, but until lately it hasn't been much of an issue as they were quite un-noticeable. I've done some searching and heard it could be related to vsync, so I forced vsync on my nvidia control panel and it removed the flickering lines but only during games that arent really hardware intensive, games like BF3 and the recent SWTOR beta have some crazy flickering and it's really starting to grate on me, anybody have any ideas? Cheers.

My specs are:
Intel i7 950 @ 3.07GHz
6GB DDR3 PC-10700RAM
Nvidia 460GTX
Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Mobo

I would first run a virus check.* Then uninstall the Nvidia drivers.
Then I would clean the system of accumulated garbage and registry errors with CCleaner. Do the Clean and Registry both.

Then I would run Driver Sweeper from safe mode (F8 at boot) and have it look for and remove any Nvidia Graphics driver remnants.

Reboot and fresh install the latest drivers for your card/operating system. Defrag.
