Hello,
Can anyone tell me if this card will run on an HP Pavillion m9000t? I replaced the original 350W PSU to 430. It currently has a GeoForce 8400GS 512Mb and I'm looking to upgrade to something better.

CPU is Pentium Quad Core 6600 w/4Gb RAM.

Hello.
Yes it will. But so will a GTS450, which is better.
A HD 6770 would be even better but it could give problems with your pci-e version, which could be 1.0 i think.

Thanks robjordy! What about the PNY VCGGT5201XPB NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1024MB DDR3 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card or Zotiac ZT-50603-10L NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1024MB DDR3 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card? It's on sale at Microcenter and I'm really on a budget for this upgrade. Any other alternatives? I'm looking to not spend more than $100.

Here's my full specs:

Motherboard Name
ASUS: IPIBL-LA
HP: Berkeley-GL8E

Processor:
Core 2 Quad Q6600 (K) (2.4GHz /1066 MHz) 8 MB L2 cache; Quad Core

Chipset
Intel G33 Express

Expansion Slots
PCI: 1
PCI Express x16: 1
PCI Express x1: 2

The 520 is crap. 450 is way better and, depending on where you are buying from, is around 100 dollar.
