So my old motherboard bit the dust a few weeks ago and now I've been looking into a nice upgrade. I built my last PC but it's been awhile and the technology moves fast. Any advice is very much appreciated.

Approximate Purchase Date: Next 3 Months (I hope)

Budget Range: $700 (after or before rebates)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming
