You could check your bios settings to see if everything is running properly, but your not doing anything wrong. It is what it is. 7.9 is as high as it goes. You have a great setup there and it should rock anything you throw at it. Don't worry about it is my best advice.

Windows exp index is not the best way to rate your internal components. It's better used to help you find your bottle neck. 7.9 is the highest rating currently right now. The scoring will expand as new technology is created. So right now your sitting at 7.8 out of 7.9. That's great considering your SSD is not the fastest storage device on the market. Something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227742 gets Max Sequential Reads Up to 1500 MB/s and Max Sequential Writes Up to 1300 MB/s. Now that seems to deserve a 7.9/7.9. So sitting at 7.8/7.9 isn't bad at all.

As for your overall system, again your WEI isn't bad at all.
