Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware !

I'll need more info than that...knowing the serial number of a CPU is pretty useless.
What is your processor model ? Core2Duo ? Core2Quad ? Corei7 ? For example, my processor is an Intel Core i7 920.
Also, what is your budget for your new motherboard ?

Get back to me on that,

Oh, I did not know that ! Thanks for the info.

To return to your question, if I were you, I'd also upgrade my processor. Simply buying a new motherboard will offer you no performance upgrade.
You can look here for CPU/Motherboard combos.
If I were you, I'd probably go with a LGA1155.

I don't know your budget, but this might be a good processor for you.
It's got integrated graphics, so you wouldn't have to buy a new dedicated graphics card. It's also a Quad-Core processor.
If you prefer a Dual-Core, this might better suit your needs. However, the integrated graphics are less advanced than on the Quad-Core.

As for the motherboards, this one and this one are very good.

As for the memory, with a new setup you'd need DDR3. This set is very well rated.

Good luck,
