Cpu Temperatures (Too High)

Hello, with my AMD Phenom II X6 1055T, I am getting WAY TOO high temperatures.

What should I do?

EDIT: This is the stock cooler, not OCed, and I have had this since PC since the beginning of 2011

Stock cooler? Overclocked? Ambient temps? Is this during idle or load? And is this a recent issue? If you've had this rig for a year+ it might be time to change the TIM
