Too much noise on bootup

Check for dust in CPU fan, system fans, PSU fan and GPU fans.

Also check that cables are not being caught in fans.

Tighten screws that mount the hard disk and ODD.

What kind of noise is it making? It seems hunuok has poseted the most logical first steps, if it is that type of noise.

I found that screws mounting the HDD were a bit loose. I tightened them. Now there is NO FREQUENT noise on boot up. However this is heard seldom.

I purchased rubber washers to help dampen vibrations from HDD/ODD and fans.

There was noise on bootup even after tightening the screws[mounting the HDD]. It's actually SMPS fan that is making sound. What's the solution?
