any suggestions? im trying to cut down a little more...
will these be compatible and will 650w be enough? Im planning on buying 2 120mm fans, one in back, one on side, and one 100mm on the back (will this be too much fans? im worried about overclocking overheating)

thanks!

Go for the retail boxed cpu only; you can get the deluxe cooler later. The Intel heatsink will get you started. Use this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157252. I use patriot ram, and it runs smooth. Newegg has some gamer 2 series 2 x 4 gb for only $24.99 after rebate (link broken). You also may want to get low profile ram to prevent interference with your video card. Intel recommends the ram run at 1333; otherwise the warranty is void. Use 1.5v ram whatever brand you select.

Do you guys think this is good?
THANKS!

There's alot of negative reviews on that gigabyte board. I'm going to recommend this one instead: biostar TZ68A for $109.99 plus shipping at newegg (link broken). You can order the ram separately and still get a rebate on the patriot. The combo specials look attractive, but sometimes they're used to get rid of bad product. The biostar board doesn't have s-pdif out port, but matches the gigabyte otherwise.
