Last chance to decide between 2500k or 3570k

I have already placed an order of a computer with various parts. I am really having a hard time to decide whether to fit a 3570k or 2500k in my build. (in fact I choose the 3570k but could change my mind by tomorrow morning)

i am interested in overclocking and of course choose to have a discrete GPU (680gtx), so most of the new features such as the HD4000 don't mean much to me.

But the pci 3.0 and all the other bullshit is perhaps essentinal?

money wise there's a difference of 30 usd (sandy cheaper).

go for the 3570k, that's what I'll be doing in a month or so, what cooler are you getting and what overclock are you looking at?

I see no reason to go with Sandy Bridge unless your trying for a record overclock on air.

i'll use noctua nh-d14, meanwhile i understand to stick to my decision

I was also torn. But I concluded that 3570K was a better idea, as it's newer and despite not being able to clock as high, a 5.0GHz clock represents something even most enthusiasts don't go for.
