Is the 560 vs the 560ti diffence worth the money?

I noticed the Galaxy 560 and 560ti cards have a great price on them currently and was thinking of purchasing one. The 560 2gb is $180 and the 560ti $50 more....is the difference that noticeable? I plan to be playing SWOTR and Skyrim them most. Thanks for your time!

The ti does make a difference , but its up to you, have a look at the graphics charts for Skyrim and see for yourself if the extra 50 bucks is justified for the performance increase and make your decision from that.

The amount of vram on a card makes a negligible difference on performance, even at high resolutions like 2560x1600. The ti is a significantly beefier card, but "worth the money" is very subjective and it depends on what you're looking for. The higher-end you go, the more money the performance increases cost. I'd say "yes it's worth it".
