its just a newer Sx slim gateway model. I just want to know if the 220w power supply will be able to power both the graphics card and the RAM

Well, AMD says 400W minimum, on the other hand i saw a review from someone with a 250W psu which worked fine.
His psu can be better quality though than yours so i really can't say it will be fine, 220 is very low.
I wouldn't do it.

Btw, 2G Vram is useless on that card, 1G is enough.
