Insanely low quality, and with only 16a on the 12v rail is maybe the equivalent of a 280 watt psu

There will be only one way you can possibly connect it. They are 'keyed' to only fit a certain way.

Do you have a link or model number of the PSU so we can check it for you?

And no model number on the data plate?
Makes it hard for us to check to make sure it's not of those models with a 'liar label'.

If the label is correct 30Amps +12V is enough for your system. It should work 'OK'.

I went by this
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=CG550W&cat=PWR

Even if it says 30a doesn't mean it could actually do it.
That would the equivalent of a budget grade 430 watt psu, and it's still a Codegen so doesn't really matter, they are lower than budget grade

If it can do what the label says, yes, more than sufficient, I just don't trust the brand
!
