My husband downloaded our pics to a disk to free up room on the PC. We have done this many times. Is not and should not be an issue. However, in the last few weeks, we have noticed that photo gallery does not come up and I cannot get into it. Putting in a card from my camera no longer brings up the import screen. We have tried to do the uninstall/reinstall with this. Only it does not work. Could there be a problem with the driver or do we need to update the driver? We have updated all we can on the gallery. Other programs do not work for us. Thanks
