I like to know which one of these two computer systems is faster and better for video editing.
Cyberpower PC, AMD eight core, FX-8150 3.6 GHz RAM 16GB or
Dell XPS 8300 Intel® Core™ i7-2600 processor 8GB4 DDR3 SDRAM

FX-8150 mostly due to the ram as such programs will eat all the ram they can get. This also assumes your editing program can take advantage of all the cores. For such applications, the Ghz rating is less important.
