Hey,
I have already built my new rig and so far i am satisfied. I do have a problem (video card?) i think.
So here we go
MSI X58 Pro-E
Intel Core i7 960
Corsair TX750W series 2
Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme 1366 RT
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced
PNY 3X2 GB DDR3
Asus MS238H
Windows XP x64

Problem #1
When i scroll down the pages on my browser (my default browser is google chrome) objects get distorted. Since my english isn't good enough to describe it I am including a snapshot so that you can see what i mean.

Problem #2
This one appears only when i watch movies with my satsuki player (i have been using it many years already and I didn't have a single problem with my previous video card). So Everything is great except the objects with red color and red lighting. For example a room filled with red lighting, police siren and etc. Red things seem pixelated like i am watching a cheap copy of vcd with low resolution while i watch only retail dvds, the problem appears on dvd9, hd videos etc.

Has anyone encountered the such problems? If so is there any solution fix these?

Then looks like it is a card issue, RMA.

Yes, i will check it and post here the results. So if i don't get issues with my old card then the it's definitely 6850 problem right?
