Asus Maximus, Haf ATX and 212 EVO Fitment Question

So I am using an asus maximus IV extreme, Haf ATX and CM Hyper 212 EVO. Will I run into clearance issue for the ram slots? What about fitting it all in the HAD ATX?

Ok I have changed my Mobo to

ASUS-Intel-LGA-1155

I am now looking for high performance compatible ram.
