Advice on upgrade

So I'm asking for advice, while playing games I get felling that some times it gets lagy and frustrating, so i thought about upgrading my PC little bit.

And i thought about upgrading my Memory and Graphics

what do u think about this Memory? would it fit my pc ?

and i don't have clue about graphic cards preferable Nvidia i play like battlefield 3 and cod series but they are getting lagy.

you got a core 2 quad and hd 4850

(they dont make socket 775 anymore or at least there stopping it soon)

no point getting more ram.

cpu is not worth upgrading


would be better to buy new motherboard,cpu,ram and graphics card



or if money doesnt allow buy a better graphics card now

When i play battlefield 3 my Ram usage goes like up to 80 90% ,what graphic card would u recommend?

Budget is about about 200£ for just graphics card
