You might want to spend a bit more on the case and get a HAF 912 if you can.

As for RAM - 1333 is a good speed to go with per Intel's RMA rules that I learned about last week.

The PSU is a good choice but you might want to get the 650W model just to be future-proof.

Otherwise it looks pretty good.

Looks like a very nice build, you did your homework. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe the case and a better video card. Haf912 or Antec 300 are nice budget cases.

See if you can get the Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3 for less money.
