FPS Crashed after I experimented with Eyefinity

I'm running a stock clocked AMD Phenom II X4 1090t and crossfired AMD HD 6850 video cards. I decided to give Eyefinity a try today and it didn't go so well, I don't think HD 6850's are quite enough to run a game such as Skyrim in eyefinity, and that's fine. The issue though, is that since I tried it (I've since disabled it) I can't get anywhere near the FPS i should be getting. Even older games likes mass effect, oblivion, fallout 3, majesty 2, and drakensang all stutter where yesterday they shone. I can't think of what I could have done to ruin it all so much nor what I could do to get it back as it was.

Any help would be appreciated.
