Re install XP PRO upgrade on a replaced PC

I have a pc that i installed XP Pro update on. Well this
PC has crashed, and it is getting replaced. So now I want
to install this XP Pro Upgrade on a new PC. How is this
going to affect Microsoft registration?

It may not work. Where do you plan on getting the computer from? Most will
come with Windows on it anyway so you will not need to. Problem is, many are
home edition, so there lies your problem. Try reading the documents that came
with the upgrade to see if you are able to do this.
