Hi, according to the official sites from AMD HD 5670 (http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/ati-rad... and ASUS P5LD2-X/GBL (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5LD2...), it will work fine without any problem, but pay attetion on your PSU, the mininum required for this VGA is 400 Watt. This list shows certified PSUs: http://support.amd.com/us/certified/power-supplies/Page...

But I think you can have a good PSU with real power without spending too much. A 350 Watt PSU could operate initially fine, but when in "stress mode", the system could fail or restart.

What brand and model is your PSU? The 400W recommendation for the HD5670 is for the entire system, and attempts to account for all the crappy PSUs out there which are overrated. A quality 300W PSU would have no problem powering a system with a HD5670 in it, but if your PSU is a brand like Logisys or Diablotek, you'll need to replace it.

i think my psu is not real 350w but can change the psu easily than the other parts. İ worry about mainboard and cpu more than the psu because if i have problem i have to change cpu, graphic card, or mainboard.

a user said he had problems with hd5570
he used cooler master 400 watt psu
and mainboard is P5VD2-VM SE
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5VD2...
and cpu is same e4600 core 2 duo 2.4

he used the card in another pc with amd athlon 64 processor 3200+ 2,01 ghz and there is no problem.
but when use with P5VD2-VM SE and e4600 cpu there is no display.

so we have the same cpu but ihave p5ld2-x/gbl

which mainboard is better P5VD2-VM SE or p5ld2-x/gbl
!
